Cirrus Asset Management is hiring a full-time Multi-Site Porter (positions 52398 & 52399) based in Makakilo, HI, US. This is an on-site role where you'll maintain cleanliness, order, and safety across assigned residential properties and administrative areas.

The Opportunity

As a Multi-Site Porter with Cirrus Asset Management, you'll be the backbone of property maintenance across multiple residential locations in the Makakilo area. Working full-time, you'll perform essential custodial and grounds care work that directly impacts residents' experience and property upkeep. This position offers steady, consistent employment with clear daily responsibilities and hands-on work that makes an immediate difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common areas, hallways, lobbies, and administrative spaces throughout assigned properties
• Maintain grounds including landscaping support, debris removal, and seasonal yard work
• Empty and manage trash and recycling containers across multiple locations
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and communicate repair needs to management promptly
• Monitor safety conditions, maintain clear walkways, and address spills or hazards immediately
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools in accordance with safety standards
• Coordinate schedules and travel efficiently between assigned Makakilo-area properties
