Role Overview
We're looking for a dedicated Flooring Technician (52432) to work with Cirrus Asset Management on a variety of residential and general business flooring projects. In this full-time position based in Honolulu, you'll apply your technical expertise to ensure every installation meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work across diverse flooring types and project scopes while contributing directly to property improvements in Hawaii's dynamic market.
What You'll Do
- Install and repair various flooring materials including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, and carpet
- Prepare and inspect subfloors to ensure proper installation foundation
- Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials with precision and attention to detail
- Finish and seal flooring surfaces according to specifications
- Operate and maintain flooring tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Collaborate with property managers and contractors on project timelines and requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at all job sites
- Troubleshoot flooring issues and provide maintenance recommendations
Qualifications
- Proven experience installing and maintaining flooring materials
- Proficiency with flooring installation tools and equipment
- Strong understanding of different flooring types and installation techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical capability to perform hands-on installation work
- Reliability and strong communication skills
