Account Executive

Join Xplor as a remote, full-time Account Executive and drive merchant partnerships and sales growth. Headquartered in Louisville, KY, we're seeking a talented sales professional to build relationships and expand our customer base.

Position Summary

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure, developing strategic partnerships with merchants and driving revenue growth. You'll leverage consultative selling skills to understand client needs, demonstrate tailored solutions, and nurture long-term success. This role combines business development with relationship management, making you a key driver of our merchant growth strategy.

What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue new merchant sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
• Conduct product demonstrations and needs assessments to align solutions with merchant business objectives
• Develop accurate sales forecasts, track pipeline activity, and consistently meet revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact
• Collaborate with product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure successful client onboarding
• Document and manage all sales activity and client interactions in our CRM system

What You Bring

• Proven track record in software sales, payments, point-of-sale, or merchant services
• Strong consultative selling abilities and comfort presenting to decision-makers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline
• Self-motivated, coachable mindset with strong work ethic
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales best practices
