The Opportunity

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll lead the sales process from initial prospect identification through deal closure, representing innovative solutions to merchants seeking to optimize their operations. Working remotely, you'll own your sales territory and build meaningful relationships with clients while collaborating with our internal teams to ensure successful implementations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify new merchant opportunities within your assigned territory
• Conduct product demonstrations and discovery meetings to understand customer needs
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM platforms
• Negotiate terms, close sales agreements, and guide clients through onboarding
• Partner with product, operations, and customer success teams on client deliverables
• Track progress against sales targets and performance objectives
• Gather and share market insights with leadership regarding customer feedback and competitive landscape

Who We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success in an Account Executive, sales, or business development role
• Experience selling to merchants, small business owners, or enterprise customers preferred
