About the Role

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll play a critical part in our merchant sales team, selling cutting-edge software and payment solutions to businesses throughout your territory. This is an opportunity to work with a fast-growing company transforming how merchants operate their businesses, all while working remotely from Columbia, SC. You'll be responsible for identifying qualified prospects, demonstrating our platform's value, and closing deals that generate revenue and build long-term customer relationships.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential merchant customers through outbound outreach and lead management
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospect needs and pain points
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close new business
• Manage your sales pipeline and forecast to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and beyond
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success

What You Bring

• Proven track record closing B2B sales, with experience selling software, SaaS, or merchant services preferred
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to research accounts, identify decision-makers, and build business cases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven with ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
