Account Executive

Join Xplor as a full-time Account Executive in our remote team, serving the Fayetteville, NC area and beyond. We're looking for a driven sales professional to build and manage client relationships while driving revenue growth in our merchant solutions division.

The Opportunity

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll take ownership of a defined territory and guide clients through their complete sales journey. This role offers you autonomy to prospective and build lasting partnerships while closing deals that matter. You'll connect merchants with technology solutions that transform how they operate, working remotely with a collaborative team that values strategic thinking and relationship-building equally.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect qualified leads through outreach, research, and networking to build a robust pipeline
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations customized to each prospect's business needs
• Negotiate terms and shepherd deals through the sales cycle to successful close
• Nurture existing customer relationships to identify expansion opportunities and drive retention
• Track activities, forecast revenue, and manage pipeline using CRM and sales productivity tools
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success

Qualifications

• 2+ years of enterprise or SaaS sales experience with proven quota attainment
• Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and manage multiple concurrent opportunities
• Strong consultative selling skills with excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with self-direction and discipline
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
