Director of Product Management – Learning Platform (Hybrid)

Overview

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in Morrisville, Wake County, seeking a Director of Product Management - Learning Platform to join their team in a hybrid capacity. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead product strategy and execution for enterprise learning management solutions serving healthcare providers nationwide.

In this role, you will guide a high-performing team of product managers and UX designers, reporting directly to the VP of Product Management. You will be responsible for driving the roadmap and execution of learning platform capabilities, conducting market analysis, and defining end-to-end product strategies that directly impact how healthcare organizations train and develop their workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and UX designers focused on learning management solutions
• Define and execute comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with market needs and organizational objectives
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for platform expansion
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Drive product vision and strategy for learning platform capabilities serving healthcare providers
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product priorities across the organization
• Establish success metrics and track product performance against business goals

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Director or Senior Manager of Product Management, preferably in SaaS or learning technology
• Strong background leading cross-functional product teams in complex platform environments
• Demonstrated success building and executing product roadmaps that drive business growth
• Experience with learning management systems or educational technology platforms strongly preferred
• Healthcare industry knowledge or experience serving healthcare customers is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with near-term execution
• Experience with Agile methodologies and modern product development practices
