What You'll Do

• Wash and sanitise all dishes, glassware, cutlery, and cookware to the highest hygiene standards
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and equipment
• Receive, sort, and properly store deliveries and kitchen supplies
• Prepare vegetables and assist with basic food preparation under supervision
• Manage waste disposal and recycling responsibly
• Support kitchen staff during service and help with general kitchen duties as needed
• Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times
