Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential mobility organization in Germany seeking a Senior Fleet Coordinator with automotive expertise. In this role, you will be central to delivering excellent customer experience by ensuring vehicles remain operational and customers stay mobile.
- Manage and coordinate service, repair, and breakdown cases independently, working closely with external damage management partners to ensure fast, smooth resolution for customers
- Maximize fleet availability by monitoring compliance with all legal and manufacturer-specific deadlines (maintenance, inspections) and optimizing fleet utilization and condition
- Drive process optimization and scaling by analyzing existing workflows, documenting best practices, and actively contributing to the scalability of recurring processes
- Handle complex individual cases through direct customer contact, systematically identify improvement opportunities, and ensure an outstanding customer journey
- Support knowledge transfer and team coaching by assisting colleagues with technical onboarding, guiding on operational questions, and establishing quality standards for service infrastructure
What We're Looking For
Must-have qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial or technical training in the automotive sector (e.g., automotive master technician, service technician, automotive salesperson) or comparable qualification
- Several years of proven experience in service advisory, service assistance, or workshop environments with strong customer focus
- Structured multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail and the capacity to maintain overview and act solution-oriented even with high case volumes
- Fluent German at C1/C2 level for secure communication with customers and partners, plus good English skills (minimum B1) for internal collaboration
Nice-to-have:
- Practical experience with modern ticketing and CRM systems (such as Zendesk or Salesforce)
- Initial experience in technical guidance, coaching, or coordination of team members
