Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist (gn)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential international organization seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist to join their team in Hamburg.

In this role, you will serve as the central interface between business departments and IT, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Your key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into practical ERP solutions
• Taking functional ownership for the evolution of Business Central, prioritizing requirements and optimization initiatives
• Managing customizations, international rollouts, and implementation projects
• Identifying opportunities for digitalization and business process optimization
• Collaborating closely with key users, functional departments, and stakeholders
• Advancing automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps
• Driving continuous improvement of the ERP system landscape

What We're Looking For

• Education or degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP system
• Experience in a shaping role such as Product Owner, Key User, or Inhouse Consultant
• Strong understanding of business processes and their digital representation
• Ability to structure requirements and translate them into sustainable solutions
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working with diverse stakeholders
• Analytical, structured, and practice-oriented working style
• Very good German and English language skills
