Position Summary

The Talk With Your Baby Program Director serves as the strategic lead for a specialized university program focused on early language development and family engagement. You'll guide program strategy, manage operations, supervise staff, and ensure quality implementation across all program components while building lasting partnerships with community organizations and families.

What You'll Do

• Direct the overall vision, strategy, and operational excellence of the Talk With Your Baby program
• Supervise program staff and coordinate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality delivery
• Develop curriculum implementation plans and train educators on evidence-based language development practices
• Engage families and caregivers in program activities, fostering meaningful participation and outcomes
• Monitor program quality, collect data, and generate reports on participant progress and program impact
• Cultivate partnerships with local schools, childcare centers, and community organizations
• Manage program budget, seek grant funding, and ensure fiscal accountability
• Stay current with research in early childhood development and integrate best practices into programming

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in education, child development, psychology, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated leadership experience in education, program management, or community services
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and language acquisition
