Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute university programs and projects within established budgets and timelines
• Serve as primary liaison between departments, faculty, students, and external partners
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, schedules, and progress reports
• Monitor project metrics and performance indicators to ensure goals are met
• Coordinate meetings, communicate updates to stakeholders, and manage administrative logistics
• Identify obstacles and implement solutions to keep initiatives on track
• Maintain detailed records and prepare analyses to support decision-making
