Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential education technology organization in Germany that's scaling its performance marketing efforts. We're seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with deep Google Ads expertise to join their fully remote team.

This is a strategic role where you'll independently manage and optimize complex Google Ads accounts, develop scalable SEA strategies, and drive measurable growth. You'll work with a motivated team that values autonomy, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and strategically develop Google Ads accounts with full ownership
• Design and implement scalable SEA strategies aligned with defined performance objectives
• Continuously analyze, optimize, and strategically allocate budgets across campaigns
• Identify and execute growth opportunities, testing initiatives, and automation strategies
• Leverage AI tools for analysis, research, campaign optimization, reporting, and workflow efficiency
• Proactively advance Google Ads strategies, processes, and best practices across the organization

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads
• Deep expertise across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube campaigns
• Proven track record of independently managing and scaling complex advertising accounts
• Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and performance KPIs
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for analysis, optimization, automation, and workflow improvement
• High degree of personal responsibility, strategic thinking, and independent decision-making capability
• Fluency in German required for this role
