Werkstudent (m/w/d) RevOps / Sales Operations – voll remote

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential education technology organization in Germany that is building digital infrastructure from the ground up. Our client operates a growing platform focused on career development and training, and they need hands-on support to optimize their revenue operations and marketing systems.

This is a working student position (Werkstudent) at 20 hours per week, fully remote across Germany. You'll start with core operational tasks in HubSpot and email marketing, then have the opportunity to grow into technical projects involving website development, automation, and data workflows based on your interests and capacity.

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities from day one:

• Maintain and clean contact, company, and deal records in HubSpot CRM
• Support email campaign adjustments and execute A/B tests on subject lines, content, and calls-to-action
• Assist with outbound lead qualification and telephone outreach when capacity allows

Potential growth areas after onboarding (based on interest):

• Develop website pages and landing pages for courses and campaigns; optimize load times, SEO fundamentals, and conversion
• Connect tools (website, CRM, HR systems, forms) and automate recurring workflows using AI tools and low-code platforms
• Ensure clean data flows and build simple dashboards and reports for marketing and advisory teams
• Identify technical improvement opportunities and propose solutions with room for independent implementation

What We're Looking For

• Quick learner with structured, meticulous work habits
• Ability to troubleshoot independently using help centers and documentation
• Reliability and strong attention to detail, especially for repetitive tasks
• Proactive mindset to question processes and identify efficiency gains (time, effort, budget)
• Willingness to execute both strategic thinking and diligent operational work
• Creativity in marketing (prior experience not required, but enthusiasm for testing copy and campaigns)
• Strong communication skills; ideally some experience or interest in customer phone contact and persuasive conversation
• Fluent German language skills (the team and content are German-language)

Nice to have for technical growth track (not required initially): HTML, CSS, API knowledge, experience with Zapier/Make, familiarity with AI tools, or SEO basics.
