Trupanion is hiring a Learning & Development Program Lead, Sales Experience to join its team in Seattle, US. This is a full-time remote position within our Human Resources and Learning & Development function.

What This Role Involves

You'll design and deliver comprehensive learning programs that enable sales professionals to achieve peak performance. Working closely with sales leadership, you'll identify skill gaps, create targeted development initiatives, and measure the impact of learning across the organization. Your work will directly shape how we build and support a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end learning programs aligned with the sales organization's strategic goals and performance needs
  • Partner with sales leadership to assess training requirements and design engaging learning experiences
  • Build onboarding curricula, sales enablement programs, and ongoing professional development initiatives
  • Create evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness and individual learner outcomes
  • Manage learning management systems and select appropriate platforms to deliver content to distributed teams
  • Track program metrics, analyze results, and present insights to stakeholders

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or sales training
  • Proven track record designing and launching successful sales-focused learning initiatives
  • Strong project management capabilities and organizational skills
  • Experience with learning management systems and e-learning delivery platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
