Junior Bauingenieur Geotechnik / Geologe (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential geotechnical engineering consultancy in Aachen, and we're seeking a Junior Geotechnical Engineer or Geologist to join their team. In this role, you will:

• Support diverse and challenging projects from initial acquisition and proposal phases through to execution
• Assist in planning and preparing ground investigation measures
• Contribute to technical supervision of ground exploration activities
• Support the preparation of geotechnical reports and expert opinions
• Assist with stability and serviceability analyses
• Help supervise foundation work, specialized foundation engineering, and ground improvement measures
• Gradually take on your own tasks and sub-projects as you gain experience
• Work closely with experienced colleagues who will support your professional development

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed degree in Geology, Civil Engineering with specialization in Geotechnics, or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience through internships, working student positions, or a thesis in the geotechnical field is advantageous
• Interest in independently working on geotechnical tasks and projects
• Structured, careful, and solution-oriented working style
• High willingness to learn, commitment, reliability, and team spirit
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken (C1 level)
• Valid Class B driver's license
