Working Student (m/f/d) – Go-to-Market Engineering (Marketing / Revenue Operations)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential robotics technology company that is scaling their go-to-market operations in Munich. Our talent team is seeking a Working Student to join their Revenue Operations function, where you'll build the automation infrastructure that powers their sales and marketing engine.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to work at the intersection of sales technology, data, and process design. You'll have the autonomy to build systems, experiment with new tools, and directly impact how the sales team operates and scales.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and optimize outreach sequences and messaging workflows to support the sales team's account-based approach
• Maintain and enhance CRM workflows in HubSpot, creating automations and integrations between go-to-market tools using platforms like Zapier
• Design data enrichment and prospecting workflows using Clay to structure prospect and account information
• Support outbound infrastructure setup and maintenance, including domain configuration, deliverability monitoring, and campaign tracking
• Test and improve cold email performance, targeting logic, and conversion metrics
• Build lead routing, enrichment, and pipeline automation systems
• Analyze outreach and pipeline performance to identify bottlenecks and propose automation improvements
• Document and continuously improve go-to-market processes

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university studying Business, Engineering, Data, or a related field
• Strong interest in Revenue Operations, Sales Automation, or Growth Systems
• Analytical mindset with curiosity about how systems and workflows function
• Creative, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving with ability to work autonomously
• Structured working style and ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish
• Good written and spoken English
• Ideally, hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, or Smartlead
• Interest in Sales Tech, RevOps, or GTM Engineering is a strong plus
• Basic understanding of outbound sales or B2B SaaS sales processes is beneficial
• Experience with data tools, APIs, or no-code automation platforms is a bonus
