Senior HR Generalist – EMEA

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Senior HR Generalist for their EMEA region. In this role, you will:

• Deliver precise and compliant HR operations across multiple EMEA countries in a timely manner with exceptional accuracy
• Partner closely with regional and global HR leadership to create impact across all HR regions
• Drive HR processes including talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, and culture and engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with managers on performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, rewards and workforce planning
• Coach and advise people managers on employee relations issues across multiple countries
• Work with HRIS teams to develop and refine operational processes for HR administration
• Support delivery of training and development programs in partnership with people managers
• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
• Design new policies and deliver business-critical HR projects globally

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Exceptional academic credentials from both high school and university
• HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business
• Regional HR experience within EMEA, with understanding of local labor laws and competitive landscape (France, Germany and/or UK experience is a plus)
• Proven experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders
• Strong balance between strategic leadership and hands-on execution in daily HR routines
• Experience mentoring and developing others
• Strong project management skills with ability to define deliverables and keep them on track
• Experience working in a remote-first organization
• Ability to leverage data to make informed decisions
• Fluency in business English (written and spoken)
• Self-motivated, organized, accurate, confident, authentic, results-oriented, open-minded and enthusiastic approach
• Willingness to travel up to 4 times per year for internal events

Desirable skills:

• Experience with immigration policies and mobility processes
• Payroll and/or benefits oversight experience
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Professional HR certifications
• Facilitation skills
