Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing health and wellness organization based in Berlin. In this Junior E-Commerce Manager role, you will take ownership of critical digital commerce operations:

  • Continuously optimize the online shop experience, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing changes independently using AI-supported workflows
  • Design and build internal AI solutions alongside the team to automate recurring business processes, from initial prototype through to production deployment
  • Manage the company's presence on external marketplace platforms, optimizing product presentation and ensuring consistent product availability
  • Support inventory planning across all sales channels, proactively identifying potential shortages and managing operational fulfillment processes
  • Coordinate with external logistics and fulfillment partners, maintaining proactive communication and ensuring commitments are met

What We're Looking For

  • Completed university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or comparable field—this role is explicitly open to recent graduates
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a structured, detail-oriented working style
  • Pragmatic hands-on mentality: you seek 80/20 solutions and reliably bring projects to completion
  • High self-motivation and dependability—you deliver results even with minimal supervision
  • Team player with strong independence: you collaborate well but can also drive initiatives autonomously and make decisions independently
  • Comfortable adopting new tools, systems, and technologies—you quickly learn new software and enjoy creating your own AI-powered solutions
  • Excellent German language skills at native level (C2) in speaking and writing—you will create customer-facing content, so polished, error-free German is essential
  • Prior e-commerce experience, knowledge of Shopify or similar shop systems, marketplace experience (e.g., Amazon), or familiarity with AI tools and automation is a plus but not required
