Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential retail client in Neuötting seeking a Sales Leadership professional to drive performance and team excellence. In this role, you will:

• Lead, motivate, and develop sales team members across multiple departments
• Take ownership of sales department performance and strategic direction
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics, deriving actionable improvement strategies
• Manage revenue, margin, and other key performance indicators
• Ensure optimal product presentation and floor space utilization
• Maintain high standards of customer-focused, service-oriented consultation
• Support and develop your team in daily operations
• Plan and organize staff scheduling and deployment
• Execute sales promotions and implement company directives
• Track market and industry trends, developing fresh sales initiatives
• Collaborate closely with other departments and senior leadership
