IT-Applikation Administrator Microsoft 365 / Azure & Business Applications (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate investment firm seeking an IT Application Administrator to take ownership of the operational and technical management of core enterprise applications. You will be responsible for administering Microsoft 365 applications and business systems including ERP/CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and departmental applications. Your role includes supporting the administration, enhancement, and documentation of the application landscape, performing technical analysis during incidents, managing changes, and collaborating closely with external service providers, internal product owners, and business units.

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training as IT Specialist for System Integration, a degree in IT, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, or Intune
• Experience operating enterprise applications, ideally in hybrid infrastructure environments combining cloud, SaaS, and on-premises components
• Familiarity with Windows client and Windows Server environments
• Understanding of permission models, group structures, role models, and administrative security requirements
• Structured working style with clean documentation practices and solid understanding of ITIL-aligned processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management
• Enthusiasm for analyzing technical problems, implementing sustainable solutions, and proactively contributing improvements
• Confident communication skills with end users, departments, management, IT service providers, and software vendors
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken) plus good English for technical documentation and vendor communication
• Independent, reliable work approach with strong quality and security awareness
