Internal Sales Executive

REXEL is recruiting an Internal Sales Executive for our Sheffield office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive sales growth and build lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What This Role Involves

As an Internal Sales Executive at REXEL in Sheffield, you'll be the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, managing inbound sales orders and customer communications. This is a customer-facing position that sits at the heart of our sales operation, where your ability to engage, advise, and convert leads directly impacts our commercial success. You'll work in a professional office environment, handling a diverse range of customer requirements across multiple channels.

What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and digital channels
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through our systems
• Provide product expertise and guidance to support customer purchasing decisions
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with both new and established customers
• Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software
• Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
