Role Overview

As Spa Supervisor at The Wickaninnish Inn, you'll lead all aspects of spa management in a luxury resort environment. Your leadership will ensure seamless daily operations, maintain the highest standards of service, and cultivate an exceptional guest experience that reflects Relais & Châteaux values. This role demands operational excellence, team leadership, and a genuine passion for wellness and hospitality.

Core Duties

• Oversee all spa operations, including scheduling, resource planning, and daily workflow coordination
• Lead, train, and mentor spa staff to deliver consistently excellent guest services
• Manage spa inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve service concerns, and maintain high satisfaction ratings
• Monitor service quality and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Manage spa budgets and report on operational performance
• Collaborate with other resort departments to enhance overall guest experiences

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a spa supervisor or similar leadership role in luxury hospitality
• Strong knowledge of spa services, treatments, and wellness best practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate spa teams
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in spa environments
• Proficiency in scheduling software and basic accounting or budgeting
