Technical Product Manager – AI Stockbroking

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fintech organization building next-generation financial products across Southeast Asia. We're seeking a Technical Product Manager - AI Stockbroking to own a product vertical end-to-end in a remote capacity based in Germany.

This role requires deep technical product expertise in regulated financial domains. You'll be working on products that move real money—reliability, regulatory compliance, and integration with financial infrastructure are core to the product, not afterthoughts. The position demands someone who can balance AI-native innovation with the rigorous requirements of financial services.

Responsibilities

• Own a product vertical end-to-end: strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities, and delivery
• Shape technical design with engineering teams across APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, failure handling, security, and scalability
• Drive trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory requirements, and user experience
• Build regulatory requirements into products including KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy, and licensing
• Apply AI where it genuinely improves outcomes, with clear evaluation frameworks, safeguards, human oversight, and failure handling
• Ship products while navigating external dependencies including regulatory approvals, financial rails, and third-party partners
• Align engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance teams around product decisions and launch requirements

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex technical products from strategy through production
• Strong technical foundation across system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes, and distributed systems
• Experience working closely with engineers; ability to review, challenge, and contribute to technical designs
• Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, or another regulated, high-consequence product domain
• Strong product judgment and ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical, regulatory, and operational constraints
• Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including evaluation, reliability, and understanding when AI should not be used
• Strong English communication skills for working in a distributed, international team

Nice to Have:

• Engineering or highly technical product background
• Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
• Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products
