About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization building AI-native productivity applications. Our client is focused on creating proactive, intelligent solutions that help users manage conversations, tasks, and workflows with minimal prompting. They are scaling rapidly and need an exceptional operator to drive execution across multiple business units and markets.

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to own group-wide operations and translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes. This is a remote position offering the opportunity to shape how a growing technology company executes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational priorities into clear targets, ownership assignments, timelines, and actionable operating plans
• Lead operating reviews to identify businesses, teams, or projects falling behind plan and implement corrective actions
• Resolve cross-functional challenges spanning product, technology, operations, people, and commercial teams
• Design and implement processes for planning, performance management, accountability, and resource allocation
• Establish operating frameworks for new business units, market entries, and team launches
• Identify and eliminate organizational structures and processes that impede execution speed
• Take direct ownership of critical projects when execution or accountability gaps exist

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record building and scaling operations in a technology company, startup, or high-growth environment
• Experience owning company-wide execution across multiple markets or business units
• Deep understanding of business metrics, operating models, and organizational design principles
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose underperformance in businesses or teams and implement effective solutions
• Highly analytical mindset combined with strong hands-on execution capabilities
• Operational approach that includes working directly with data, processes, and teams rather than delegating exclusively
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities evolve rapidly
