About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization in their search for a Regional Account Manager based in Costa Rica. Our client is a leader in network security solutions serving mid-market and enterprise customers across Latin America. This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth in the retail sector while working with cutting-edge security technologies.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Achieve agreed-upon quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Qualify opportunities effectively and advance deals through each stage of the selling process
- Present solutions to both executive stakeholders and technical contributors
- Focus on the retail segment within your assigned territory
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record selling solutions to mid-size enterprise accounts
- Demonstrated history of quota achievement and career stability
- Experience closing large, complex deals in a B2B environment
- Background selling network security products and services
- Specific experience in the retail vertical
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required; Portuguese is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to all organizational levels
- Self-motivated and independent with strong deal management capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
