Position Summary

Arkatechture is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Support Services team, supporting our Arkalytics platform and related data warehousing and analytics solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop robust software solutions that enhance the performance of our platforms.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software for our Arkalytics platform and other data-related projects
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliverables
  • Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment
  • Implement and maintain data warehousing solutions that support analytics and reporting needs
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and software development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or similar role
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
  • Experience with data warehousing technologies and tools (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
