About This Position
Circadia Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our team. As part of our mission to prevent avoidable hospitalizations and transform senior-care operations, you will play a crucial role in developing advanced predictive models and integrating them into our Circadia Intelligence Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain contactless sensing technology for monitoring respiration and motion with medical-grade accuracy.
- Create and enhance native predictive models that detect 85% of preventable adverse events several days in advance.
- Integrate our platform seamlessly into EHR, care-coordination, billing, and compliance workflows.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and operationalization of predictions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, particularly in predictive modeling and sensor technology.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
