About This Position
Circadia Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner Lead to join our team in West LA/South Bay. As part of the leadership structure at Circadia Health, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient care through advanced healthcare practices and innovative technology integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of nurse practitioners to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and data scientists to improve patient outcomes.

- Provide mentorship and training to junior staff members to ensure continuous professional development.
- Participate in the strategic planning of healthcare initiatives, focusing on patient safety and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field is required.
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in California with current registration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical practice, preferably in post-acute care settings such as skilled nursing facilities, home health, and home care.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Experience with healthcare AI technologies and predictive analytics is a plus.
