About This Position
We are seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our Agentic Platform team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing highly scalable software solutions that support our growing base of SMEs in the UK, India, Germany, and France.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Implement efficient and maintainable code for complex software systems.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Ensure the platform is highly scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Work closely with product management to prioritize features and deliver value to our users.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in a professional setting.
- Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or Go.
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
- A strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
