About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential software and IT services organization based in Hamburg. Our client is seeking motivated apprentices to join their technical team for a structured vocational training program (Ausbildung) as IT System Integration Specialists.

From day one, you'll be hands-on with real systems: installing and maintaining internal IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering solutions for end users. You'll work within a modern Microsoft environment, gaining experience with databases, mail servers, application deployment, and industry-specific software configurations.

This role offers exposure across the full IT spectrum—from cloud systems to on-premises servers, from mobile device management to desktop support. Our client's solutions run not only in office environments but also on thousands of mobile devices in field operations, giving you comprehensive insight into enterprise IT.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support IT systems in a Microsoft-based environment
• Provide first-line technical support via phone and remote tools
• Assist with database administration and mail server operations
• Deploy and maintain software applications and integrations
• Work with both cloud-hosted and client-managed server infrastructure
• Support mobile device deployments across tablets and smartphones
• Learn system interfaces, software updates, and secure data transmission practices
• Collaborate with project management, development, and operations teams

What We're Looking For

• Completed secondary school education with strong grades in mathematics and/or computer science
• Foundational knowledge of IT systems, networks, or operating systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for customer-facing work
• Genuine interest in technology and eagerness to learn
• Team-oriented mindset with curiosity for diverse technical challenges
