Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential nonprofit organization in München seeking a working student (Werkstudent) for their IT department. In this role, you will gain valuable insights into the daily challenges of IT infrastructure and cloud management.

  • Support cloud and infrastructure management, including reporting tasks in day-to-day operations
  • Work across different teams within the IT department to build comprehensive knowledge in various technical areas including Microsoft Cloud, servers and networks, and endpoint management
  • Take independent responsibility for smaller work packages with full support from the IT team
  • Contribute to ongoing IT projects and operational tasks in a dynamic environment

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled as a student in Computer Science, IT Security, Digital Engineering, Data Science, Mobile Computing, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with professional communication abilities and an open, approachable personality
  • Proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications
  • Good knowledge of network technology and Windows and iOS operating systems, ideally with administrative experience
  • Hands-on mentality with a team-player attitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work precisely and conscientiously, even under time pressure
