About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing AI technology company that is transforming how organizations approach talent acquisition. Our client operates at the intersection of artificial intelligence and enterprise software, serving high-growth companies across fintech, SaaS, and technology sectors. They are seeking a talented Brand Designer to join their team in London and help define the visual identity of a rapidly scaling product.

This is a unique opportunity to shape brand expression across digital, video, events, and campaigns for a company experiencing exceptional growth and backed by leading venture capital firms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the company website, ensuring visual differentiation and brand consistency
• Develop and scale the visual identity system including typography, color, illustration, iconography, photography, and motion
• Create standout brand work across digital channels, social media, print, events, merchandise, and other touchpoints from concept through production
• Design distinctive illustrations and graphics for web, product experiences, and marketing campaigns
• Storyboard and direct visual style for product explainer videos and brand content (animation skills are a bonus)
• Design compelling presentation decks and assets that communicate complex product stories
• Partner closely with Marketing, Product Design, Video, Events, and Operations teams throughout the creative process
• Build scalable design systems and toolkits that enable the team to move quickly while maintaining quality

What We're Looking For

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional brand thinking, visual storytelling, typography, layout, and art direction across digital and physical media
• Excellent creative judgment with the ability to take ambiguous briefs, identify sharp ideas, and execute polished, distinctive work
• High standards combined with high velocity—you care deeply about craft details while knowing when to move quickly
• High agency and collaborative mindset—able to work autonomously, take ownership, and stay hands-on from concept to delivery
• First-principles thinking with an appetite for solving hard creative problems rather than relying on established templates
• Genuine curiosity about artificial intelligence and excitement to help define the visual language for a company building frontier technology
• Systems-oriented approach to design that creates foundations for speed without compromising quality
• Experience collaborating across functions including marketing, product, and leadership

Pay
