EMEA Senior Product Marketing Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise AI client in their search for an EMEA Senior Product Marketing Manager. This is a remote position working with a fast-scaling organization that powers conversational AI solutions for global enterprise brands.

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will drive market adoption of AI agent platforms by customer experience teams and contact centers. You'll own positioning, product launches, and sales enablement that bring enterprise AI solutions to market. This role offers the opportunity to define category narratives in AI agents at a pivotal market moment.

Responsibilities

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Define positioning and messaging for products, orchestrate communication plans, and drive cross-functional launches across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Product and Roadmap Alignment: Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure roadmap aligns with company narrative and GTM plans, keeping prospects, partners, and customers informed
• Sales Enablement: Develop customer use cases, proof points, collateral, training sessions, and competitive differentiators to support enterprise sales teams
• Market Awareness and Thought Leadership: Source content ideas, create and review materials, and participate in webinars alongside content teams and executives
• Competitive Differentiation: Establish deep market understanding and translate insights into positioning that clearly differentiates in a crowded field

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years in Product Marketing, or 8+ years in adjacent roles working alongside PMM teams (sales enablement, B2B direct marketing)
• Experience at an AI company or marketing AI products and capabilities
• Excellent writing skills with portfolio samples demonstrating your work
• Proven track record supporting enterprise sales teams with storylines, collateral, enablement, and individual deal support
• Confident presentation skills across webinars, company events, and sales training sessions
• Strategic and tactical flexibility—you've crafted product narratives and also built sales decks from scratch when speed mattered
• Experience using AI tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and productivity
• Fluency in written and spoken English required
• Pluses: Experience with customer experience tools (contact center, customer service, digital experience software); business-fluent German
