Senior Partner Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce technology organization in their search for a Senior Partner Manager to drive strategic partnership growth across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

In this role, you will:

• Lead the strategic expansion and development of the partner ecosystem throughout the DACH region
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new digital agencies, system integrators, and solution partners
• Develop and nurture existing partnerships to unlock new business and growth opportunities
• Own pipeline development for your partner portfolio and manage joint business plans and performance objectives
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing activities, and relevant partner events
• Monitor the DACH e-commerce market and competitive landscape, identifying new opportunities and building a strong network with key decision-makers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and represent our client within the DACH e-commerce ecosystem

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in partner management, channel sales, business development, or comparable position
• Proven track record in building and developing partnerships and jointly generating pipeline and revenue
• Strong knowledge of the DACH e-commerce market with an established network among digital agencies, system integrators, or relevant commerce partners (ideal)
• Strategic thinker with hands-on mentality who works independently, structured, and entrepreneurially
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with ability to engage confidently across different stakeholder levels
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
