About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential eCommerce organization seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations in a fully remote capacity. Our client is experiencing rapid growth and needs a dynamic professional with deep eCommerce supply chain expertise to drive operational excellence and support their expansion.
This is a remote position working Pacific Standard Time hours (9AM–6PM PST).
Responsibilities
- Oversee complete eCommerce supply chain operations from procurement through customer delivery
- Manage and coordinate outsourced manufacturing operations, ensuring quality standards and timeline adherence
- Collaborate with internal teams (Purchasing, Marketing, Sales) and external partners (suppliers, freight forwarders) to optimize resources and profitability
- Identify reporting needs and deliver concise, accurate performance reports to stakeholders
- Lead implementation of best practices and measure performance using established KPIs
- Serve as subject matter expert on warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring KPI compliance across all warehouse functions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process enhancement, accuracy, and efficiency through SOP development and maintenance
- Ensure all products meet customer quality expectations prior to shipment
- Implement and manage supply chain technology systems including MRP, ERP, WMS, KATANA, and EDI platforms
- Optimize distribution practices and freight operations for cost efficiency
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels across the fulfillment network
- Lead cost reduction studies and identify ongoing improvement opportunities
- Stay current on industry trends and supply chain best practices
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing eCommerce supply chain operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Transportation & Logistics, or related field
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or higher certification (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and logistics operations
- Proven track record in project leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with sound judgment in issue resolution
- Ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Exceptional organizational and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools including Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Results-driven mindset with proactive approach to challenges
- Willingness to take ownership and accountability for outcomes
- Availability to work 9AM–6PM Pacific Standard Time hours
