IT-Systemadministrator Microsoft 365 (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential organization in Eisenach seeking an IT System Administrator focused on Microsoft 365. In this role, you will maintain stable systems, support colleagues in their daily work, and continuously improve IT infrastructure to make it simpler, safer, and more effective.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing first and second-level support to end users, analyzing technical issues and delivering solutions that genuinely help in daily operations
• Managing user accounts, permissions, workstations, servers, and clients while documenting changes in a clear, traceable manner
• Operating and advancing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune systems in collaboration with the team
• Ensuring security and stability through endpoint security, patch management, regular backup monitoring, and thorough documentation
• Managing technical onboarding for new employees and maintaining security, access controls, and proper processes during offboarding
• Actively contributing to internal projects including new system implementations, rollouts, and process improvements

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification
• Practical experience in IT support or system administration
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune, or strong motivation to develop expertise in these areas
• Understanding of networks, clients, servers, and IT security with ability to recognize connections and work methodically
• Calm, solution-oriented working style that maintains overview even when handling multiple concurrent issues
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly and enjoyment of working with people
• German language proficiency required for this role in Eisenach
