Head of Growth & Performance Marketing (gn)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential direct-to-consumer brand in Frankfurt am Main that has built a thriving online business selling physical products. Our client has reached double-digit millions in revenue through their own e-commerce channel and is backed by strong investors supporting their next phase of expansion. We're seeking a Head of Growth & Performance Marketing to drive this growth journey.

Responsibilities

• Own the D2C and performance marketing function with full accountability for online revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability metrics
• Drive customer acquisition across paid channels, SEO, and social media while testing and scaling new acquisition opportunities
• Optimize the online shop experience and customer journey based on conversion metrics and revenue impact
• Lead the marketing team and manage agency relationships in close collaboration with operations and logistics
• Establish KPI-driven decision-making around CAC, ROAS/MER, LTV, conversion rates, and contribution margin
• Shape CRM strategy to maximize customer lifetime value

What We're Looking For

• Several years of progressive responsibility in performance marketing and D2C growth, ideally with leadership experience
• Background with companies selling physical products, with strong commercial instincts around product, margins, and sales dynamics
• Deep familiarity with e-commerce KPIs and performance marketing metrics—ability to challenge teams and make sound judgment calls is more important than tactical execution
• Analytical mindset combined with hands-on execution capability, able to prioritize effectively even with limited resources
• Fluency in both German and English at a professional level
• Track record of owning results and driving measurable business impact
