Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential talent services organization seeking an experienced recruiting professional to support their Low-Voltage industry clients. In this role, you will:

• Identify and assess exceptional talent for client roles across operations, project management, engineering, and service leadership positions
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and evaluations
• Create compelling job descriptions that attract top-tier candidates
• Review applications and maintain detailed interview scorecards
• Guide applicants through the hiring process and help them find career opportunities aligned with their goals
• Collaborate with clients across Pacific, Central, and Eastern time zones

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings a unique combination of industry expertise and interpersonal excellence:

• Direct experience in Low-Voltage sectors (operations, senior project management, lead technician, senior engineering, service management, or similar roles)
• Leadership and team management background, including hiring and personnel decisions
• Demonstrated success working remotely with strong self-management skills
• Stable work history with at least three years between career moves
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• High emotional intelligence and excellent judgment in assessing character and cultural fit
• A helpful, collaborative disposition and genuine interest in supporting others
• US-based location with reliable internet and a professional workspace

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. No visa sponsorship is available.

Pay and Benefits

Our client offers compensation of $100,000 to $110,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA contribution, 401(k) with 4% employer match, three weeks of PTO, and a complete home office setup including equipment allowance.
