Equipment Integrity Engineer

Evolution is hiring an Equipment Integrity Engineer for our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania facility. This is a hands-on, full-time position within Operations and Engineering where you'll play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the reliability of our essential equipment and systems.

Position Summary

As Equipment Integrity Engineer at Evolution, you will own responsibility for assessing, monitoring, and enhancing the performance and reliability of production and operational equipment. You'll combine predictive maintenance strategies, failure analysis, and asset management to ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency while minimizing downtime. This role works directly alongside production teams, maintenance staff, and engineering counterparts to drive continuous improvement in equipment performance across our Philadelphia operation.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
• Conduct equipment inspections, condition monitoring, and root cause failure analysis
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, degradation patterns, and risk factors
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and optimize asset utilization
• Document equipment specifications, maintenance histories, and integrity reports in compliance with operational standards
• Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, or process improvements based on reliability assessment
• Support capital planning and budgeting for equipment maintenance and replacement initiatives

Who We're Looking For

• Background in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, equipment reliability, or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience with equipment diagnostics, condition monitoring, or predictive maintenance methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment specifications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across operations, maintenance, and engineering teams
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or asset management platforms is a plus
