We are representing a confidential engineering services organization based in Regensburg that specializes in utility infrastructure development across Germany. Our client is seeking a GIS Specialist to join their technical documentation team, working with digital mapping systems and utility network data.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design utility routes and supply networks within geographic information systems
• Input survey and measurement data into various GIS applications for technical documentation of utility corridors
• Create planning documents and construction records
• Clean and validate datasets to correct existing planning documentation
• Maintain precision and accuracy across complex infrastructure mapping projects

What We're Looking For

• Technical background in civil engineering, geography, geosciences, electrical engineering, or similar discipline
• Experience with GIS systems and technical planning of utility infrastructure (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately on complex datasets
• Solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Motivation to develop professionally and adapt to feedback
• Interest in renewable energy and infrastructure development
• Background as technical draftsperson, construction coordinator, or utility planner welcomed
• German language proficiency required for this role
