HR Executive Intern

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential talent management organization seeking an HR Executive Intern for a remote position based in the United States. This internship is designed for students who want to gain practical HR experience while continuing their studies. Our client offers a structured 4-16 week remote internship program with 10-15 hours of weekly commitment, providing hands-on exposure to core HR functions under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Responsibilities

As an HR Executive Intern, you will support the HR team with administrative tasks and gain real-time experience across various HR processes:

• Create and update job descriptions as needed
• Advertise job openings on careers pages, social media, and job boards
• Source potential candidates from online channels
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Update employee databases on the company portal
• Gather attendance and leave data as required
• Coordinate with the accounts team on payroll processing details
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Participate in weekly review meetings with various teams

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in HR or a relevant field from a reputable institution
• Strong conceptual knowledge in HR fundamentals
• Willingness to work collaboratively with a team of experts and follow established systems and processes
• Enthusiasm to learn and embrace new challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to commit 10-15 hours per week with flexible timing options (full-time slots 11 AM - 5 PM, part-time slots, or off-hours batch 5 PM - 6:30 PM)
• Comfort with remote work tools and virtual office environments
