This is a unique opportunity to join as a Product Lead focused on AI-driven investment platforms, where you'll own critical product areas and shape how millions of users interact with financial services.

This is a remote role requiring candidates to be based in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product areas across multiple financial service verticals including investment, insurance, payments, and savings
• Define user problems, establish product scope, set success metrics, and build comprehensive roadmaps and launch plans
• Collaborate across engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver cohesive solutions
• Transform complex financial products into intuitive, accessible customer experiences
• Leverage data analysis, user feedback, research insights, and production monitoring to inform product decisions
• Launch features rapidly, track performance metrics, and drive continuous iteration cycles
• Navigate trade-offs between velocity, user experience, business outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational constraints

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, or in growth/product operations roles
• Strong product intuition with the ability to distill complex workflows into simple, elegant solutions
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams to ship production-ready products
• Comfort working with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch analytics to drive learning
• Excellent written communication, prioritization skills, and stakeholder management capabilities
• High degree of ownership with ability to execute independently with minimal supervision
• Background in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or high-growth products is strongly preferred
• Must be based in Sweden; strong English communication is required as it is the primary working language
• Builder mindset: you start from user problems, make decisions with incomplete information, ship quickly, and maintain accountability for outcomes
