Instructional Multimedia Designer (Remote – Mexico Only)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking an Instructional Multimedia Designer to join their Education team remotely from Mexico. This role sits within a Customer Success function focused on building capability and confidence through impactful learning experiences.

As part of a collaborative team of education professionals, you will create multimedia assets that transform complex technical concepts into engaging, accessible visual learning experiences. This is an education-focused role—not marketing—where your visual design expertise will directly support learner comprehension, retention, and product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Create multimedia assets for learning experiences, including product demonstration videos, animations, motion graphics, visual aids, presentations, GIFs, and reusable templates
• Partner with instructional designers to translate learning objectives, scripts, and technical concepts into effective visual learning experiences
• Apply visual design principles and adult learning concepts to improve clarity, engagement, and knowledge retention
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate content production, prototyping, and multimedia development while maintaining quality standards
• Produce and edit video-based learning content, including screen recordings, annotations, captions, voiceovers, and motion graphics
• Develop reusable visual systems, templates, and standards that improve consistency across learning platforms and community experiences
• Support visual branding and user experience within learning management systems (Docebo) and community platforms (Gainsight)
• Perform quality reviews to ensure multimedia assets meet standards for accessibility, usability, accuracy, and learner experience

What We're Looking For

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience creating multimedia, visual, video, or motion design assets for learning, education, enablement, or software-based environments
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and experience creating scalable design systems and visual assets
• Experience using AI-enabled creative workflows to improve design, multimedia production, prototyping, or content creation processes
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, hierarchy, layout, composition, and user experience
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear visuals that support learner understanding and reduce cognitive load
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts, instructional designers, or cross-functional stakeholders to deliver multimedia projects
• Strong communication, presentation, and feedback-integration skills with the ability to explain design decisions and iterate effectively
• Experience with tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, Articulate Storyline/Rise, ElevenLabs, Claude, or similar multimedia and learning technologies

Success Milestones:

Within your first 3 months, you'll build understanding of the products, learners, and development processes while demonstrating proficiency with multimedia production tools. By 6 months, you'll independently create assets that support learner comprehension and deliver multiple projects simultaneously. Within 12 months, you'll serve as a trusted design partner, develop reusable systems, and demonstrate measurable impact on learner experience.

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: MXN 457,200 - MXN 600,000 annually. The compensation package may also include bonuses and comprehensive benefits tailored to the Mexican market, including health and wellness coverage, PTO and public holidays, volunteer days, professional development support, tuition assistance, and flexible remote work arrangements.
