About This Opportunity

We are representing a rapidly scaling, purpose-driven consumer goods organization in their search for a Senior Video Editor based in the Philippines. Our client is a certified B Corporation committed to social and environmental impact, operating across multiple international markets with a distributed team spanning several countries.

This is a hands-on creative role within a growing post-production team. You'll create compelling video content for social channels and web platforms, working closely with a Post Production Producer and collaborating across creative and marketing functions. The ideal candidate brings expert-level editing skills, strong organizational capabilities, and a genuine desire to contribute to meaningful work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent volume of high-quality final video assets for social media and website, ensuring all technical and creative specifications are met
• Apply creative and inventive approaches to video campaign edits, ensuring final products are captivating and on-brand
• Troubleshoot technical issues with video files and software, finding resourceful solutions within existing footage constraints
• Proactively seek specific, constructive feedback from Creative Leads and stakeholders to refine work
• Maintain video asset libraries through meticulous organization, naming conventions, and archiving for team accessibility
• Review and provide clear, constructive feedback on edits from other team members, ensuring quality standards
• Act as a first point of guidance for junior editors, supporting them through creative and technical challenges
• Demonstrate expertise across all post-production aspects including editing, rhythm, pacing, storytelling, sound editing and mixing, and color correction

What We're Looking For

• Expert post-production skills: Advanced proficiency in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Creative storytelling ability: Strong instinct for narrative development, pacing, and emotional impact through music and sound combinations
• Motion design skills: A significant bonus if you bring motion graphics capabilities
• Project management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on business urgency and meeting all deadlines
• Self-awareness: Understanding of your technical limits with proactive communication when training or support is needed
• Data-informed approach: Interest in analyzing video performance metrics to inform future creative decisions
• Collaborative mindset: Understanding that excellent video work requires teamwork; actively sharing and seeking feedback
