About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential PropTech client in their search for a Service Improvement Executive. This role is based in Sheffield with a hybrid schedule: 2 days per week in the office and 3 days remote. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives across the support function, acting as both detective and architect—analyzing data to uncover inefficiencies and designing scalable, technology-forward solutions that elevate the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the data behind the support operation, ensuring the right information is available to understand what's happening across customer journeys
- Analyze contact trends to identify who is contacting support, what they need help with, and when—using data to spot patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Examine how teams spend their time and break down complex processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Turn insights into practical solutions by improving processes, introducing new workflows, or finding smarter workarounds
- Balance efficiency and cost-saving opportunities with maintaining quality customer experience
- Explore how AI, automation, and other technologies can streamline the support operation
- Assess and implement tools based on their effectiveness and value
- Act as an internal advocate for process changes, pitching new operational methodologies to other departments and securing cross-functional buy-in
What We're Looking For
Essential qualifications:
- Experience working with large volumes of data, spotting the story behind the numbers and turning insights into action
- Previous experience in an operations or data analytics role
- Confident working with data and building dashboards
- Ability to take ideas from concept through to delivery, comfortable learning whatever is needed to make them happen
- Track record of identifying bottlenecks and improving customer experience
- Natural relationship builder, equally comfortable collaborating and presenting to stakeholders
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
Nice to have:
- Experience querying SQL databases or using similar data tools
- Background in customer support or customer-facing environments with understanding of balancing operational efficiency with great customer experience
