About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital media organization seeking a Content & Digital Sponsorship Executive to join their growing commercial team. This is a hybrid role based in London, with remote options available across the UK.

Our client operates thriving professional communities across multiple B2B verticals. In this role, you'll connect leading brands with highly engaged audiences through digital demand generation, content partnerships, webinars, virtual events, and online advertising campaigns. This is a commercially focused position ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems creatively, and driving revenue in the digital media space.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your pipeline across digital sponsorship and advertising channels including website placements, newsletter sponsorships, influencer programs, webinars, and lead-generation content
• Prospect, pitch, and close deals across both new and existing accounts
• Package and sell advertising opportunities across high-traffic digital platforms and membership communities
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through strong pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting
• Partner with clients to understand their goals and build tailored solutions that drive measurable impact
• Stay ahead of trends within SaaS, martech, AI, and digital education spaces
• Identify new commercial opportunities and proactively propose ideas to capitalize on them

What We're Looking For

• 18+ months of proven experience prospecting and developing relationships with enterprise customers
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Determined, focused approach with a passion for hunting and closing new business
• Confidence to experiment with different tactics and adapt to new trends
• Strong ability to balance and prioritize daily tasks alongside short-term and long-term planning
• Desire for ownership and autonomy from day one
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana is desirable
• Based in the UK with ability to work hybrid in London or fully remote

Pay

Base salary range of £32,000 - £38,000 based on experience, with on-target earnings of £60,000+. Comprehensive benefits package includes 34 days paid holiday, flexible working hours (core hours 10am-4:30pm), work-from-home equipment budget, private medical and dental insurance with Bupa, life insurance, wellness perks, growing L&D budget starting at £500 per year, and monthly flexible benefits allowance.
