Creator Success Representative

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential creator monetization platform experiencing exceptional growth. Our client is seeking a Creator Success Representative to manage retention and revenue outcomes across a portfolio of 500+ creators using a scalable, data-driven approach.

This is a hybrid role based in London, requiring a blend of analytical thinking, process automation, and strategic intervention. You will work in a 1:many tech-touch model rather than traditional one-to-one account management.

Responsibilities

• Own retention outcomes for a pooled book of 500+ creators with full accountability for revenue preservation
• Build and iterate scalable playbooks that drive retention, reduce contraction, and identify expansion opportunities
• Monitor creator health signals including engagement patterns, earnings trends, and support ticket activity to prevent churn
• Execute weekly risk assessments, contraction monitoring, and playbook performance reviews
• Design and automate lifecycle touchpoints such as onboarding sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and feature adoption initiatives
• Provide reactive support to creators in the pooled segment when urgent issues arise
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Growth teams to close feedback loops and improve creator outcomes
• Track and report cohort-level metrics including retention, contraction, and engagement

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or CS Operations, particularly in tech-touch or SMB/scale segments
• Hands-on experience with CS platforms including health scoring, playbook automation, and lifecycle workflows
• Proven ability to build playbooks, automations, and health scoring systems from the ground up
• Strong data literacy with the ability to extract insights from dashboards and identify trends in cohort data
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting clear, scalable creator-facing messaging
• Comfort managing large portfolios through systems and signals rather than individual relationships
• Self-directed work style with strong organizational skills and accountability
• Familiarity with the creator economy, subscription platforms, or marketplace models is a plus
