About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential premium outdoor-living organization in their search for an Associate Inbound Sales professional based at their Chalgrove office in the UK. Our client is an international, fast-growing company focused on delivering exceptional outdoor solutions to discerning customers. This is a relationship-driven sales role where you'll guide high-intent prospects through a consultative buying journey, helping them select premium products while taking ownership of the showroom experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage and qualify incoming high-intent leads, converting customer interest into consultations, appointments, and completed sales through a consultative, relationship-focused approach
• Guide customers through the full sales journey, providing tailored product consultations and recommending appropriate solutions and accessories to meet their outdoor-living needs
• Take ownership of the showroom environment, continuously improving its presentation and customer experience to maximize sales opportunities and create an inspiring atmosphere for prospective buyers
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities by recommending relevant accessories, add-ons, and maintenance solutions while ensuring order accuracy
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in HubSpot CRM, track performance metrics and market insights, and support events and exhibitions
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product specialist teams, and sales colleagues across the organization

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or similar commercial positions, ideally with experience selling high-value consumer products
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and confidently guide customers toward the right solution
• Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset with genuine motivation to convert interest into action and take ownership of results
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple customer conversations simultaneously while maintaining accurate records
• Native-level English proficiency and basic understanding of sales techniques
• Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus
• Interest in premium home and garden or outdoor-living products is advantageous
