About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency seeking an experienced SEA Manager to join their team in Cologne. Our client is an established, independently owned organization with approximately 110 professionals who deliver performance-driven search marketing solutions for B2C and B2B clients across multiple industries. This role offers the opportunity to own client relationships, drive campaign strategy, and work within a collaborative, human-centered culture.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and strategically develop SEA campaigns across lead generation and e-commerce for B2C and B2B clients
  • Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients on all search engine marketing matters
  • Conduct data-driven analysis and optimization, deriving actionable insights and presenting recommendations persuasively
  • Stay current with platform innovations, test new features, and leverage AI technologies to continuously improve service delivery
  • Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives
  • Share knowledge within the team and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and constructive feedback

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing and managing SEA campaigns
  • Strong proficiency with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms
  • Strategic mindset with ability to understand client business goals and think beyond individual channel tactics
  • Excellent analytical skills with passion for diving deep into data, identifying trends, and developing data-driven strategies
  • Outstanding communication and consultative skills in both German and English
  • Team player mentality with enthusiasm for knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to work independently
